For everyone asking what I did to achieve these results in 6 weeks, here you go:
- I ate about 95% clean
- I did cardio at least 3 days a week, usually 5. Minimum of 30 minutes on treadmill and minimum of 45 minutes on elliptical.
- Squats, lunges, leg lifts, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and Inner Thigh Insanity two days a week.
The total weight loss was only 10 pounds!
